The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts is seeking a graphic design intern for the fall semester. The session runs from September 7th through December 10th and is a full-time (40 hrs/wk) internship with a stipend of $225/wk. Here is the description of the position:
Advertising/Graphic Design
Kennedy Center Advertising designs and produces all print marketing materials for the Center including direct mail, newspaper and magazine ads, and signage. The intern assists in the design and production of these materials utilizing desktop publishing (InDesign, PhotoShop, and Illustrator) in a PC environment. Applicants must submit three examples of their work.
interested candidates must submit a resume, cover letter, and 3 samples (or link to an online portfolio) to Adriana Cutler at ACutler@kennedy-center.org no later than Friday, August 20th for consideration. A decision will be made by Friday, August 27th.
